We’re a one-stop digital agency, providing web design, e-commerce, SEO, organic and paid media, hosting and custom development to name a few.

What does working from home/your workplace look like for you right now?

We are all currently working from home and remote work spaces to ensure the safety of our team. We are doing frequent virtual meetings to stay connected and continue to provide the service our clients have come to expect from us.

How have you adapted your operations during the pandemic?

We have taken advantage of technology to enhance our communication requirements while working from home. We provide training sessions for our clients via video calls, team meetings are done virtually and we have taken advantage of tools like Slack for constant communication during the day.

How have you been supported by the community?

We have been given a voice by different platforms in our community to tell our story and we are grateful for that! We believe now, more than ever is a time where we need to support one another, and we have been telling our story and the stories of other business owners through video podcasting platforms.

What is something good that has come from this difficult situation?

We are meeting more new faces in the community by reaching out and asking them to be a part of our storytelling initiative. We have cultivated strong new relations and we have realized how efficient we can be while working remotely. We have become more efficient at internal and external meetings as well which has created more capacity within our agency.

Our main piece of advice would be to not stay stagnant and to get creative when it comes to income. Diversifying what we do has helped us a great deal and kept us profitable during this time. We also encourage business owners to double down on organic and paid social because that is where the most under-priced attention of the end consumer lives.

Is there anything else you’d like to share?

It is crazy to believe that we have hired during this pandemic and we are so thankful for essential workers who are fighting to make our community a safe place for our kids to grow up.
